Elina Filippova

For 10 years, Elina was the funder and Chief Executive Officer of Adoption ARK, a non-profit organization. With a $2.5 million budget, Adoption ARK worked closely with the US State Department and foreign governments, as well as orphanages, to establish humanitarian programs such as international children adoptions. Elina has directly negotiated programs with the government officials of several countries. She conducted all marketing and public relations campaigns. Elina led the agency from a small non-profit to a medium size, well-recognized organization in minimal time by using advanced technology (CRM such as Sales Force) and by staying on top of new marketing strategies. Elina saw many opportunities for international businesses while traveling abroad. She believes that QMe will find its fans among both US and internationally based businesses.

David Cano

Product Development

David has worked over 15 years in the technology industry delivering exceptional work as a developer, architect, leader, and executive. His experience spans diverse industries including insurance, finance, government, consumer loyalty and marketing, crowd funding, and retail. He is adept at building and leading effective, multi-disciplined teams, and has successfully lead process analyses and improvements, that facilitated organizational changes that worked across multiple divisions and geographical locations. David has a passion for building great products. He combines his technical expertise with his observations of user experiences into clean, simple user interfaces onreliable products that result in rapid and loyal adoption.

Armin Burkholder

CTO

Armin's career has spanned many sectors of the economy including finance, manufacturing, government, regulated commerce, non-profit, and education. He has led and participated in many successful projects for organizations ranging from Fortune 100 companies to brand new startups. With a focus on application delivery, he brings with him the proven expertise required to execute successful planning, design, development and deployment of a project.

Ray Reaux

COO

Ray has extensive experience in leading the operations of technical organizations. He is a founding member and has served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Servient Incorporated, a leader in Electronic Discovery and Litigation Cloud Services. Ray has 25 years of experience in software and systems engineering and has worked in both the aerospace and information systems industry. He has hands-on experience in software and systems architecture, code development, hardware and network systems (both in a data center and in the cloud), and project management. He holds BS, MS and ABD degrees in computer science and industrial and systems engineering from Virginia Tech.
